Hi, I'm new!!

Hi guys!

So one day a few weeks ago I woke up and realised I'd put on 20kg (44lb) in only a few years, since I'm 23 and actually studied Exercise Science and Nutrition at Uni - I decided this is NOT OK!

I'm hoping to lose a total of 17kg, with only 2kg down (not through my fitnesspal)

I'm weighing in fortnightly (helps keeping me motivated since there is more chance of a loss!!)

Also loving Sh'Bam at the gym and trying to walk most mornings. Please add me as a friend cause I'm always needing some extra help to get out of bed to walk before work! Haha!!!
