Hi All,
I live in Ottawa, am married and have 3 kids (little). I find my weight has creeped up over the last 10 years and working in an office does not help. Hope to loose 10-15 Pounds. I am usually pretty good on the exercise front, it is the eating that kills me. I am hoping that my tracking it this way there will be not way to deny what I have consumed.
Good luck to everyone!

This is a wonderful site...Tracking everything I eat makes me understand what I am putting in my body. Sometimes finding out the calories of a certain food, especially ones that you love are so high you dont even want to touch it anymore. I love ramen noodles, but the calories are high, then if you use the noodles only your sodium intake is still high. Much success on your weightloss journey!!!!0

best of luck to you!
I have 7 year old twins and work in an office too so I know what you mean. logging all my food/exercise has been great for me it really helps you focus on what you`re eating.
Go and get`em..
