I really do! this week is my first week in being serious with my workouts and calories since i stopped everything back in july and i lost 2lbs this week not to mention i also worked out 5 days this week-- So glad today is a rest day lol anyway- I have been focusing alot on my fiber intake as well as my protein but my main focus is my fiber since most americans dont get their daily amount of fiber that is besides the fact that i count every single calorie that goes in my mouth.

So I have been eating more fiber and low calorie foods such as Kashi go lean

I drink there protein shakes/have a protein bar/ or one of there cereal bars for breakfast with a banana or a yogurt I also eat 1 (thats right 1) of there cookies for a snack- - the feeling is amazing after a full week of uping my fiber my stomach has gone down alot- Im no longer puffy its a great feeling- its helping me become more regular where as before it would be days and I would be very uncomfortable- just thought i would share this they also have cereal and frozen meals--

only thing is dont try and give yourself the daily dose of fiber which is 25mg if you dont get enough fiber now cause it can have a reverse effect you have to do it slowly- but its really good for you-

The protein content in all the foods is really good too- like there protein shake has 21grams if made with water rather than milk (that what i do cause it saves me calories) just dont eat too much protein or over the amount that you should eat in a day because it can have a reverse affect as well and you can gain weight- but protein and fiber help you stay full and satisfied longer not to mention protein is great for your muscles and fiber helps you stay regular-
