My exercise bike has the moving handlebars so you work your arms the entire time you are riding....
How should I log this? I've been putting it under "Stationary Bike" but I'm not sure that's accounting for all the arm work. I'm confuzzled!?!?!?!?!?!

The same question I have when I do tready with hand weights in each hand. I guesstimate it as 'weight training'. If I do 30 minutes of cardio on the tready, and I do one minute of hand weights for every 2 minutes without, I count it as 10 minutes of 'weight training'.
In your case, if I were you, I'd add it as elliptical, because if you think about it, the movements and exertion compare to that of an elliptical.0 -
That's what I was thinking, too, Russia. Thanks! :flowerforyou:0
