Do you have an aversion to protein shakes?

I have been having protein shakes for breakfast for the last three weeks. Just a few days ago I found a website called dashingdish.com On it you will find a post about protein shakes, something about it being a milkshake, can't remember what the user called her post exactly.

Anyhow she gives a base for the protein shake and then a slew of recipes to add to the base. So far I am pleased with her recipes and I am hoping it gives me the boost I need since I can change up the shakes in so many ways.

Check it out, really great ideas for eating healthy as well.

    i like my protien shake, i get body fortress chocolate, have gotten chocolate peanut butter but can't find it lately, hazzelnut coffe creamer is wonderfull in it, but the do give me my chocolate fix

    oh and i make it with almond milk, yum

    I like mine BUT I find that I get burned out if I drink it too much...so...now I only have it once per day. I fix mine in the blender with ice to make it more "milkshakey" and have it as my bedtime snack :)
