Month 1 recap!

So far..........
I've gone to the gym at least 4 days a week. I've stayed within calorie range 90% of the time. I've lost just under 12lbs!
I also had a NSV I went down 1 size in underwear! lol
My mind set has completely changed. Everything I used to eat grosses me out now.
All I think about is how I've destroyed my body for 28yrs! When I see overweight people eating fried foods and sweets I want to grab them up and put them on a treadmill and feed them apples! I know that sounds horrible but I wish someone would have done that to me!
Next week I'm joining a weight loss program at a local church. I think this will help me find continued success!
All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me!
