Sensa? Has anyone tried it and succeeded with it?

Okay, here's my question. I just want to know if anyone has used this product and had any success with it at all? I purchased it and I used it just like the directions tell you to do, but I haven't noticed any change in appetite. In fact, when I started using this website, I kind of forgot about it and just quit using it. Any thoughts on this?
