Hello all. I was curious what the rest of you do when you are short on your dairy intake for the day. While trying to keep the calorie counts down, I tend to cut out the cheese, milk and butter, which leaves me with just one or two servings of dairy a lot of the time. On most days, I put a Yogurt in my lunch, or a 12 oz. serving of 2% Milk during the afternoon.
Looking for some easy ways to get that dairy boost for a balanced diet.

kroger carries a brand of yogurt called carbmaster. 60 cals. Lowfat. Only 3g of sugar. 8g of protein. I eat the vanilla with fresh berries and walnuts or flax seed; or lately, with pumpkin, splenda, and pumpkin pie spices as a yummy dessert!0

The only dairy I consistently eat is a yogurt and a little milk in coffee. I am not big on eating a ton of dairy. I do however take calcium supplements and a multivitamin to make up for any lost nutrients.0
