Yes, I do have it and have read bits and pieces of it.
I have a blogging friend who was so inspired by this book that it set her on her way to lose 110 lbs after struggling for years and years.
Another blogging friend actually met the author and spoke to him at length and came away with new knowledge that has helped her to overcome her overeating/bingeing habits.0 -
Its interesting to read about how we(and lab rats) are so much hardwired to seek out fat/sugar/salt combinations and how the food industry has use this knowledge to engineer our food so we eat and buy more. We are being manipulated at a very basic level.0
