Ne weight loss here but

My stomach feels super flat this morning...so my body is changing...I have been taking measurement but everytime I measure it is all over the place.

    I try to make a note of where i last measured but mine tend to be all over the place also. I know there are people who use a beauty mark or a scar so they make sure to measure the same spot each time

    Measurements always seem iffy to me anyway. I mean, not only where you measure, but the tantness of the tape can vary from 1/2-1/2". The "feel" is as significant to me as the numbers on the scale. Congratulations!

    measuring is so hard to do consistantly. but like you i have noticed changes in my appererance. especially the butt! I am so happy for you that your stomach is getting flatter :) you are doing a great job!!!
