I'm a new member from Toronto, Ontario. I'm a working Mom of 2 kids who is working on improving my health and losing weight. I'm recovering from a sprained ankle currently. Just started running again yesterday and did 2 kms. My goal is to swim, bike and run consistently this year. Last year I ran consistently and added biking in June.

Thanks. This looks like a great site! I've been struggling with my weight for a long time, so I'm hoping that maybe this year I will lose the extra weight that has been hanging around forever.
