I have just had a really healthy, filling and tasty lunch and I am shocked at how full I am after ONLY 150 calories so thought I'd share it with you and see if you guys had any tasty low cal low carb lunches to share!

I had nothing exciting or special I had 2 sticks of celery chopped, 6 cherry tomato's, 1 (unpickled) beetroot, 6 crabsticks, 75g of virtually fat free cottage cheese and 30g of Blue Dragon sweet chilli dip. It was a plate full of food, it felt naughty because it was tasty and the dip was real sweet but it was actually really healthy and only 152 calories and I am SOOO full right now!!

Vegetable stir-fry with black bean sauce (No noodles) is really filling to and only about 150 calories after being cooked.
