Hi Girls i am 29yrs old, from Ireland, i am currently weighing 10 st 8 lbs i should be in and around 8 st so have a bit of a way to go but i am going to do it slowly but surley. I used to be in a weight loss class but it was very severe and allowed for hardly any carbs which really didnt suit me, so after a few weeks of madness and over endulgence i am back on track. I have even started doing the couch to 5k training programme which i have completed two days of one more day this week and then ill progress to week two. I usually just try to lose weight through eating less but this time i am going to include exercise and see if this will help. Anyways, good luck slimmers
