I've heard you should go to a running store to find the right running shoes for your feet. What is considereda running store?

A running store is any store that sells running shoes and looks at more than just shoe size. They should study your gait (either via treadmill or your walking through the store), ask about injuries/weaknesses, ask about past successes (or lack thereof) with shoe brands, and other such things. Just Google "running store" and you should come up with some results. Or, Runner's World online has a tool to find such stores.
Happy Running!!!

I don't know where you live but in Florida places like Fleet Feet and Fit 2 Run are the places to go. If you can find a place that has an indoor track that is the best because then you can actually run in your shoes before you buy them. :happy:0
