Hello everyone!
What is more important to track? Ive always tracked Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar, and Fiber. I try to have my sugars from veggies or fruits, and to reach my fiber goal. I've heard that the sodium intake should be no more thatn 1500 miligrams daily so ive trying also to not take so much of it. Sometimes i go over my sugar and almost never i get over fat.
In order to get rid of my belly fat what do you think its more important to track or what had worked for your to track?
