    -pineapple flavoured yogurt by Silhouette (YUM- 40cals!)
    -red bartlett pears... which I bought because the greens ones didnt look so good... again, yum
    -Chapman's dutch chocolate frozen yogurt (90 cals/ 1/2 cup) it tastes like a ground up, cream fudgecicle... so goood!

    I'm SO going to look for the Silk tomorrow...sounds DELISH!

    Laughing Cow - Fench onion cheese wedges

    They are soo good, i spread it on my bread when i make a turkey sandwitch.

    I am sooo in a seasonal mood these days... I eye-balled the Eggnog Silk, but not quiet ready for that season.

    I will have to get the pumpkin spice and eggnog soymilks if they're out now! My lactose-intolerant 7yo dd LOVES them!!! Thanks! I also love pumpkin, adding it to oatmeal is delicious! :wink:

    I'm happy that the whole cranberries are out now. I love adding cranberries to my oatmeal and my favorite treat this week was a cut up apple & cranberries microwaved for 2 minutes. Then top w/ vanilla yogurt- yummy!!

    Oh, and I did try the Wheat Thins Fiber Select 5 grain crackers and they're pretty good (13 crackers- 130 cals/ 5g fiber!).

    Almond Breeze. Only 60 cal per 8 oz. I use it on cereal, in protein drinks and smoothies...

    And I've been on a current pumpkin kick. I posted several recipes for Pumpkin Protein Shake and pumpkin oatmeal, too. This time of year is perfect for it!

    I really like the special k chocolatey delight cereal. It's nothing new but that is my fav thing this week 1 1/2 cups with 1 cup of FF milk. It's yummy!:wink:

    Hey..I found a new favorite today... Campbell's Healthy Request LIGHT Southwestern Style Vegetable! The whole can is only 100 calories and DELISH! :drinker:

    HG's suggestion about using Fiber One cereal as breading (for chicken tenders, onion rings, etc)....still trying to get the seasoning right though.
