My daily goal for sugar (calculated with MFP), is 24 grams a day. When I eat a cup of carrots and a cup of turnips (chopped into one inch pieces), that uses up nearly half of my sugar goal. So what's the scoop on vegetables and their sugar content? Do all sugars add up the same way? What are the best vegetables to eat , regarding calories, carbs, and sugar? Something besides lettuce, cabbage, and celery, please! :noway:
