I was wondering what time is best to workout well I could go from 2pm forward I have work in the morning time I'm a babysitter. Just wanna get started i'm very happy that I sign up again and reading a lot good stuff just makes me wanna keep it moving. also I have a bad time waking up early I sometimes get up at 830 or 930 am and eat bf around 10 or 10:30pm.

Good Luck and welcome. Dr. Oz says to eat high protein within 1 hour of waking up. This will help you feel more energized and kick start your weight loss. Try waking half an hour earlier for 2 weeks, then bump it up again until you make enough time for yourself to do more cardio or get your day going. It takes 2 weeks for your body to get used to a new time schedule. You may just need an hour or so. You can totally do it and you won't regret it.

Every bit helps and a 2 mile walk to the gym is always a good thing :) I personally think any time is a good time but probably the sooner in the day the better to get your metabolism up. And eating breakfast is always a good idea. Keep it up :)

I agree with anytime is a good time!
I change up my routine alot just because I'm always busy and not great with a strict schedule.
I'm thrilled to tell you since I got into exercising regularly I wake up earlier and easier than I ever have my whole life. Just stick with it and it will come! Good luck to you!
