Good Luck and welcome. Dr. Oz says to eat high protein within 1 hour of waking up. This will help you feel more energized and kick start your weight loss. Try waking half an hour earlier for 2 weeks, then bump it up again until you make enough time for yourself to do more cardio or get your day going. It takes 2 weeks for your body to get used to a new time schedule. You may just need an hour or so. You can totally do it and you won't regret it.0

Every bit helps and a 2 mile walk to the gym is always a good thing
I personally think any time is a good time but probably the sooner in the day the better to get your metabolism up. And eating breakfast is always a good idea. Keep it up

I agree with anytime is a good time!
I change up my routine alot just because I'm always busy and not great with a strict schedule.
I'm thrilled to tell you since I got into exercising regularly I wake up earlier and easier than I ever have my whole life. Just stick with it and it will come! Good luck to you!0
