Short introduction .. I am trying to find some way to be more accountable to myself .. I am finding that writing it down on my paper at home I tend to cheat and/or not finish by the end of the day what I have eaten. Each year I do a walk for breast cancer and I would like to lose 36 pounds by the time I leave this year which is November 17. This is 2 pounds a week and I hope is very doable. I would appreciate any feedback on my food intake that anyone has .. thanks so much !!!
