When you feel unmotivated and down for the count and you don't THINK you can do this anymore - lift your head high, change your thoughts, and BELIEVE in YOURSELF!! Push through and push HARD!! Fitness and nutrition is tough.... BUT I KNOW that YOU can totally "GET IT!!"

    Yes, things are difficult before they become easy. We just have to keep in mind what we are going for, it was easy to gain the weight, but harder to take it off it's worth it though..
