Good Afternoon All:

Your motivation is contagious...thank you so much!

I joined last week when I downloaded the App for Iphone and just found the message boards today.

This is my millionth attempt at weight loss and I am aiming for it to be my last! This time I don't have a goal...just to be healthier! I'm thinking this will change my outlook and I won't gain it all back once I reach my goal, as I have done in the past.
