need a soulution and fast

I have come along way from being a size 22 to now being a 10. Im so pleased where and how far ive come and now i do club dancing (not all the saucey stuff, just like dancing backing with some starting off celebritys or special occassions) however, ive just started modeling as well but i have got to get to a size 8 NO SLIMMER though because i am spanish i have an ourglass figure and i think below 8 is a bit to skinny for me. Anyway im currently 10stone'12pounds i need to be about 9stone-9stone'7pounds but im struggleing. Im really really strick in what i eat i work out 6 times a week minimum of 3 hours a day and i dont really like sweet things woo!
BUT BUT BUT im good all day in what i eat but when it comes to the night time i binge like mad and i find it so hard. My binge is things such as cereal, ice cream and these are not what you want to be eating of a night.. how can i stop my bingeing of a night?

Also, has anyone got any suggestions on how to loose weight fairly quickly but not like a crash diet?
