HELP!

I am doing the Jillian Michael's 30DS and now I'm about to hit the gym running 4x a week. I don't eat the worst but I could eat better. I eat a lot of brown rice, wether it's in eggs, stir fry for dinner, as a meal with some other stuff thrown in. I eat meat everyday, I don't drink a ton of water and when I drink lemonade or tea, I put stevia in it, or I drink my tea unsweetened. I don't drink sugar drinks or eat fried foods. I do eat pasta about 2 or 3x a week. I want to know what can I do to eat a bit healthier? What are ideal foods/drinks for me to be taking in now that I'm going to start running for half an hour 4x a week? Also, I'm breast feeding and notice that my supply is getting low. Could it be from exercising? I do occasionally skip breakfast because I have a three month old and I sleep in because the morning is the time that she sleeps the best. So I need some tips as to what to do and what to eat! Thank you

I also breastfeed but i would NOT suggest skipping breakfast. I drink the instant carnation drinks every single morning! U just mix the packet with milk. SOOO good. Taste like chocolate milk! Its better than skipping! Working out can make your supply a little low so drink lots of water and make sure you add those calories back in that you burn! Are you adding breastfeeding to you MFP log??? Hope this helps0

don't know about the breastfeeding...but I do know that the more you workout (I would assume breastfeeding counts too since you burn so many cals from it) the more your body craves CARBS...and the more you should eat PROTEIN!!! I would recommend UPPING your water intake and protein intake, and lowering your carb intake just a bit (cut out some of the rice and pasta to make room for more protein).
Try to shoot for the norm recommendation of 64oz of WATER/day, and in in high prtein snacks and meals like (shakes, string cheese, nuts, PB, and eggs).
Good luck!0
