Hello. My girlfriend, Jill, introduced me to this site yesterday. My nickname is "Feffa" which is what my grandkids call me. I'm looking for encouragement and accountability through reading the posts and entering my stats. Ready to Rock and Roll! I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who've been on this road awhile, and also from anyone who is over 50 and understands that particular age-group's difficulties in losing weight and sticking to a plan!
