Well how did we all do about not eating two hours before bed?!?!?



I did okay....a lot better than I thought I would do...I didnt eat any where near as much as I usually do!

    I stunk at it. I am going to give it a go again this week. I should do better until Friday at least. Halloween and all the goodies....

    this challenge made me aware, I do it just about every night. I didnt think I did so awareness is a first step. I am going to start thinking about my exercise cals at the beginning of the day. If I only have 100 cals for dinner....then I will be forced to exercise!!

    I am going to try again next week.

    As for the only water challenge of the week before. I actually had 3 days this week with 1 glass of tea...a miracle for me!

    Only fell off the wagon once on this one, and i've moved cities this week so I kinda felt that was excusable :laugh:

    Can someone explain more about this Challenge you all have going? So each week you name a new challenge and we do our bet to keep it up? Do I have it about right? Any other details I should know about?
