Please give a reply if you are only single digits from reaching your goal. I want a single digit peer group.

PS I posted this earlier with messed up title, this is correct (I hope)

I have 4 more pounds until I'm at my goal weight. I'm still working on toning up though.

    Wow, great.

I'm hoping to get a couple of "single digits to go" people working together to reach goal.

I was in my first challenge recently. It was a 12-week "check-in with each other" challenge.
It was good to be accountable. Everyone in the challenge lost. From 19 to 3 lbs.
    I lost 12 lbs.

So, what do you think. Are you in a very focused, do it now, get that goal without dilly-dally type
of mindset? I want to be. I want to "get that goal" I'm thinking since things have slowed so much,
and I really do feel amazingly better not being obese, but I really do want to reach goals. More
to feel happy about the whole process so far, emotional-physiological reasons as much as l the
losing 7lbs is really going to make a huge difference for me.

Have ideas? Does what I wrote make sense? Thanks.

I have to admit I'm getting a bit frustrated but I'm not willing to give up! We can do this :)

I'd love to hear some peer support ideas where we could all power down to goal.

The first one that popped into my head is a all-reach-goal idea.

With my last challenge it was 12 weeks, and some challenges are to X lbs., like a 100lbs challenge, or a 20 lbs challenge. I was thinking a core dedicated group gets together, check-in on some regular basis, and the challenge is a group one, the challenge ends when we all are out our goal.

So, person A gets there in four weeks, we all keep going including Person A who is still in it to support the whole group. In the fifth week Person B, C,...X, and Y, reach goals. Everyone is still in, checking in, supporting each other. Then week 6 Person Z reaches goal, now we are all at goal, we all win the challenge. it ends.

That might be over the top for some, but the peer support thing is big for me.

    Other ideas?

Any other ideas? A group, or a challenge of single digiters to power down and hit goal.

    What do you think?

Well things have slowed on the ol' thread. I think it is time for the challenge

Okay single digiters. It's looking like we'll all join forces starting this Tuesday. As it is a group commitment,
everyone should have some say in how it all works.

    -weekly weighins
    -mini exercise goal
    -Report back to the group.
    - Etc.
I need a challenge. I'd like people who want to hit a small discreet target goal, with wavering. The folks will all stick with it until everyone has hit the number. Therefore it ends when the last person hits their goal number. One month, two months, three tops. Who'd like to make a commitment to a group challenge?
