The belly fat cure?

I have a friend on the belly fat cure diet and has said good things about it. I just ordered the book from amazon today and was wondering if anyone on MFP was on this diet maybe we could share recipes. Do you like the diet?

    lol.. you don't "choose" where you lose weight from :P but good luck. diet books are awesome! =]
