Food Entries and Recipes
Hi. I've been logging my food since I had a gastric sleeve operation in February. I was wondering if I eat chicken and noodles and then look it up in the database and find Becky's Chicken and Noodles versus Mary's Chicken and Noodles (for example) is there a way to see the actual recipes they used so I can tell which one is closest to the version I ate? In this case the calories vary from 380 to 220. A big difference.

I don't think so, you are better off putting in your own receipe.
FYI....as another sleever, easy on the pasta!

I would try to enter in your own recipe to get a more accurate count of what you are eating. It's very hard to base your meals on others because of which ingredients were used and how much of them because we cannot see another person's recipe...0
