am new need help

I only joined few days ago and I have tried so many times to get rid of the weight without success. I get bored easily with same old food. I could use a buddy or two to give me some motivation and or a challenge. I also work at a fast food rest. atleast 50-60 hrs a week so that doesnt help. SO if you have some advice I would love to hear it! Am on day 3 and still have a huge headache. And now energy is worse then ever.

    Welcome! Make sure you are starting off eating the recommended calories. When you say your energy is low already it sounds like you might be cutting back too much:)

    Hey there! I am not new, but more like returning. I need motivation and help staying on track too, so maybe we can help each other! I know it can be hard when you feel restricted to certain foods, but I love exercise so as long as I can get my butt out the door, the exercise encourages me to choose better foods. My main problem is portion control...especially when I am exercising regularly. I feel so hungry all of the time. I would like to lose about 60 pounds long term...but would be stoked with 30. Add me if you want to help motivate each other!
