It is the final weigh in of October this week. Tuesday weighers....last chance workout, get to it!
Wednesday weighers, you have two last chance workouts before the weigh in so really get going.

I know I will have to make the most out of the next two days if I am going to see a difference. Many of us have hit plateaus at some point during the competition and these are the moments that will make or break us :brokenheart:

It can be horribly frustrating, and many of you have been brought to the point of wanting to drop out of the challenge so you"don't hold the team back". Well, I am here to say sucess on the scale is not the only way to judge. If you haven't already done so, take your measurements, keep them somewhere that you won't throw them away and when you hit a scale plateau again, check your measurements you may be very happily surprised!

It is early here, and I may not make a lot of sense today but in an effort to keep you going I will post your weight lost for the week and how much you have lost since starting the challenge! I think most of us will be happy with our results to date!

Now get moving....:glasses:

I'm dreading this. I had a really bad weekend involving tacos, Mikes Hard Berry, Ruby Tuesdays, and Wendy's frosties.

Well, I will say this probably won't be my best weigh in but at least I know why and I can fix it. As long as it isn't that darn zero bus ride again.

I am actually excited about this weeks weigh in... I put my uniform on today (dress uniform) and well lets just say Eurkle has nothing on me as far as how high he can pull up his pants :) So I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am off the zero bus :)

I had a great weekend...stayed within my calories and upped my exercise so I hope to see a good number on Wednesday. Good luck to all of you Tuesday weigher's.

And Nicole....like you told me, a ride on the Zero bus is better than a gain!
