I have a question on bread. I know that you aren't suppose to eat much of it and I don't. I stay away from white breads, but occasionally like sandwiches. My question is when I do want a sandwich, which kind of bread is the best. 100% whole wheat or whole grain?? Not really sure which one, or even if those are the correct ones. Help please!!!!! :) Thanks a bunch.

I'm not sure which one is best but I can tell you the one I use. :-)

I like Natures Own Light 100% wheat. It's good and only has 40 calories a slice

I do a lot of healthy life brand or Sara Lee 45 cal bread. But I rarely eat it and thats what we have in the house. If it were totally up to me I would have Ezekiel sprouted bread.

I'm a spelt bread fan! It has excellent an glycemic index and is lower in carbs than most breads and is only around 70 calories a slice vs. 100-120c. :flowerforyou:

Rye bread. Yum. I NEVER thought I'd get off WonderBread. But I love the taste of light rye now...or marble rye...or dark rye.

Almost no fat and very low cal.
