hello everyone,
I've been tracking myself for a week now. I usually do my tracking from my Blackberry, so it wasn't until I logged by way of my laptop that I realized there were all these cool features like message boards and blogs and articles!

I would love to talk to any/all of you. I'm finally accepting that I can't do this alone.

    Welcome Dianne. I feel the same way you do. Maybe if I had known about the website months ago, I wouldn't have fallen off of the wagon. I joined by cell phone app like 3 months ago. I quit logging in and gained 5 lbs :ohwell: I took a guess and logged in at dot com and I have been on every day for 7 days. AND 2 of those 5 lbs are gone. I'm at 213 and my goal is 150-155 (size 9/10). I'm really excited because I read a lot of posts and get tips and encouragement from the other members stories. After a week, I have also found that around 8 pm I usually have around 250 calories left. I get to have a snack! Yay! Good luck, Dianne. You can do it!
