Has anyone tried PB2? I just ordered both types and I was wondering if it tastes as good as everyone makes it out to be. I plan to put it in smoothies, but I was wondering if any one triend it any other ways with a good result. The warm weather we are experiencing in the PNW is really making me want some smoothies and I am trying to find easy ways to cut the calorie content.

Thanks,
Lisa

I eat PB2 pretty regularly, both flavors. I like to make it a little creamier (adding a tad more water) and drizzling it over my oats or smoothies. If you use it in smoothies, you'll need to add quite a bit more than you think. In my experience, it's not a very peanut butter-y flavor when used in a smoothie. I use peanut flour in my smoothies -- it's more peanut-ty.

I love peanut butter, but only eat about a tbsp of regular pb a day and then I'll use the PB2 -- ya know, so I can have more pb in my life. ;)

It's a powdered peanut butter that is slow pressed so the oil/fat is removed. You can rehydrate it and eat it as peanut butter or add it to your smoothies or protein shakes. It is 45 cal for two Tbsp and 1.5 g fat...I actually just went and bought some and it is absolutely delicious. Nothing artificial or no artificial sweeteners in it either. Kind of a miracle if you ask me.

Awesome! Thanks for the ideas. I have never though about peanut flour. What is the nutritional info on that?

Got my PB2 shipment last night & I immediately had to do a taste test. I really liked both flavors. I was not at all disappointed that I ordered it. I can't wait to eat some more today!
