Weight loss after going over 1200 calorie recommendation

Thanks to everyone for the great comments!! I did increase my daily calories to 1400, which I believe will work well for me. That being said, I do agree with other posters that it all depends on your body, and what works well for one person may not work well for the other. This is all just a learning process for me, and I am very appreciative of all the advice and support received by the MFP family. Good luck to everyone, and I truly hope all of you find the perfect balance that will bring you much success in your weight loss journey0
