I recently came across a free app called Nike Training for those who'd like something quick. It gives you difference work outs for different parts of the body or all together routines.
Also Nike+ GPS is great for running. It keeps track of how long and how far you go
Figured I'd share Also, If you know any other good ones.. Let me know!

Even though it has annoying cheesy music I like FitFu, the general idea of that is to remind you to do small bursts of exercise (it doesnt really have cardio though) through the day and you get points and stuff.0

I use runkeeper. You can program it for all different types of activities, runnin, walking, cycling, etc... It keeps track of you minutes and how far you have gone and maps it out for you. And it's free!!0
