Diary looks good. I would try to finish your calories for the day. If you have some nuts or peanut butter and whole wheat crackers. They would give you high calories and good fats.

Well, you definitely didn't eat *enough* ... which could be the cause of your headache.

did you drink at least 10 glasses of water today? most likely your head is hurting because you're dehydrated.

eta, it says you did. and yeah you need to eat way more. 800 cals for the day is nowhere near enough. eat the 1400 cals MFP suggests.

You ate pretty well in my opinion... I think the cue that you have a headache may mean that you are not eating enough.

This is what I personally try to do... To get in "healthy" calories for the day. I have amped up my breakfasts... I used to eat 200 calories or less for breakfast and found that it did not sustain me throughout the day. I try to eat fruit (carb) and a protein for breakfast. I like eggs, yogurt, and fruit... I find by having more for breakfast helps a lot! Check out my diary if you want... Today is not the best example because I was out of yogurt in the a.m. so I just had eggs.

Also, you could incorporate a protein shake as a snack. It will add good calories... and is a healthy sweet snack.

EDIT: Also... adding in avocado can add extra cals and healthy fats. :) Plus they are yummy.

Your calories are low. I don't know if you've worked with a nutritionist or not. Usually over 5' they say don't go below 1200. I'm 4'11" and my nutritionist says 1000-1100 for me because I'm so short. Because of this I'm not completely concerned about the low-ish calories. My nutritionist did say that if I was at minimum calories to make sure enough of it was protein so there wasn't the sugar rush and fall of the carbs. She also told me to make sure I got enough good fat so that my body didn't stress and begin to store it all. Your fat is also very low. I'd recommend getting more in. Good luck in your journey.
