60 and Counting

Never thought I would have to diet but the last 10 years and the lbs just seem to appear out of no where. I have always been extremely active however as my life got busier, I had less time for being as active as I once was. I am 50 years old, need to lose 60 lbs and new to this calorie counting. I thought for my first diet and hopefully my last one that learning to eat right and making the right choices would be better for my health than trying all those different diet gimmicks out there. Good luck to everyone with their weight goals.

Welcome, it does not get any easier as we get older, but it is up to us to take care of ourselves. I found out no one else is going to do it for us. Best of luck on your healthy journey! I will add you as a friend.0
