Right now I could use the most support and motivation!! I made it from 130 to 120, so I know how difficult this can be.

I'm right there with you! I went from 141 to 120 since January. I have 5 more to go! Goal weight is 115. Hard to keep up the motivation and, I know that next 5 is belly fat. That makes it mentally harder for me since the belly fat has been there for ten years! I couldn't lose it ten years ago, so I am hoping I can lose it now.0

5 3" here, goal weight 115 or so (really I am aiming for body fat of 17-18% with an inch shaved off my waist and thighs). Got down to 118 but bounced back up in the last few weeks. Trying to get down permanently but plateauing and unsure about calories. There are a lot of threads like this but I think I've joined them all! :laugh:
What's everyone's strategy? I'm going to be shooting for 1300 + up to all my exercise calories if I get hungry. My focus will be on being really accurate and careful so I don't underestimate. I will be doing circuit/strength training and HIIT+cardio as well.0 -
I'm in! 5'1" and at 110 but I would love to slim down a little more. Especially the belly!0

me too! 5.1" and 106 pounds at the moment! 7 pounds to goal weight but its not budging grrr!0

Ditto! I am 5'1 and 106 lbs too.... I have been hitting it the gym hard for a few weeks and NO results.... why are thos 6 lbs so hard to lose...0

I'm with you!!! I am getting frustrated though. I am 5' 3'' at 117. My original goal weight was 115, but I really would like to see 110. That being said, I have been STUCK at 117 for a looooong time so I don't know when or if I ever will see 110!!
I took the advice to bump up my calories, and change my goals to 1/2 lb a week. I am willing to try anything at this point.
For Exercise I am going to the gym 5-6 days a week. I alternate between running or elliptical for 45 minutes, then I do a Jillian video after. Right now I am hooked on 6 week six pack!0 -
I'm with you. 4'10 and trying to lose 2lbs to get to 99. My real goal is to get my body fat down to 18% I lost weight and it went up a bit to 24% from 21%. (Although, I think I was dehydrated when I measured, which can effect results) Need to do more strength training. Can't wait for results. It feels like it takes me two days to mess up and then 2 weeks to get back to where I want to be.0
