Ok so I weigh my self in the morning on my at home scale but I went to my gym and they did all my measurements and weight before I did my workout and it said I was up about 5lbs now I don't know what to go by because when I weighed myself the next day at home I had lost ??? Should I just stick to my at home scale or go by the gym one and weight later in the day?

It doesn't really matter as long as it's consistent.
And it's probably best to weigh in the morning anyways before you have any food and water weighing you down.0 -
Pick one scale and stick to it.0

Stick with one scale. Use the one at your home because it would be the most easily accessible. Just remember that your weight fluctuates everyday, so weighing yourself once a week will give you a more accurate idea than everyday!! Hope this helps!0

Pick the one that you can weigh yourself on regularly, under identical conditions for each weigh in. The scale at my gym says that I weigh 9 lbs more than my home scale, but I'm not wearing the exact same clothes, or even the same gym shoes every day at the gym. Nor am I there at the exact same time everyday.
So, pick the one you're going to use, and ignore all other scales. That's what I advise.0 -
One way or another...stick with one scale. A person generally weighs the least, first thing in the morning. Also, try to wear similar clothes (or none at all if weighing at home ) For the sake of consistency. I like weighing myself at home, with bare minimum of clothes on. Hope that helps.0

I'd stick to the scale at the house. Was the scale at the gym balanced? Public scales are off balanced alot because so they get used and abused.0

I agree pick one scale and stick to it. I have never stepped on two scales and had them say the same thing. I stick with my home scale since that is what I weigh on most. I also weigh first thing in the morning without clothes, or with very little clothes. Many people will say you should try not to weigh yourself everyday because your body weight will naturally fluctuate from day to day, but I have a huge addiction to my scale that I'm trying to break, but it still gets me every morning!!0
