Have you tried just eating "normal" type food but in healthy portions? No need to go low-carb--instead, change your way you view food and learn to eat heathy so you can maintain those patterns for life.

Read the post I just put up about the woman who has lost 170 pounds and how she tried all the diets but ended up just eating healthy.

Calorie cycling is probably the best way to go about losing, if you can be dedicated enough to follow it. I agree with not eating low-carb but eating healthy. There are lots of healthy carb foods out there. The main thing is to eat in moderation.

okay, i feel pretty dumb, but what is calorie cycling?
  • It is supposed to keep your metabolism from going into starvation mode by switching up your calorie intake from day to day. So cycling different calorie intakes day to day, but keeping the average for the week at what you are supposed to consume.
