How do I get my body out of homeostasis and past a plateau? I'd appreciate any and all suggestions.

I zig zagged my calories and that helped me. I plateaued for 5 weeks and since I started zigzagging I am continuing to lose weight. (Even with the fourth of July weekend when I went way over on calories I have still lost 4 lbs in the last 5 weeks.)

go to 7 day zig zag and it should help you with the calculation.0 -
