so i was wondering if anyone could critique my diary please? not today as it's only 4pm but my previous logs. i've never asked before because it makes me a bit nervous but i guess i should hear the truth. please and thank you! :flowerforyou:

and any specific food suggestions would be great also! (E.g. EAT MORE SPINACH)

I think it looks good to me. You appear to eat very healthy. Maybe add a little more protein and a little less fat ... that is all I have :) Are you having trouble losing? If not, your on the right track.

I don't see that you are tracking your sodium / potassium ratio, and I think that would be interesting to see. What I can see looks perfect of course.

my fat is at 30-35% so i was assuming that was OK but i'll keep that in mind; thanks!

if you click "print full report (printable)" it shows sodium. i changed calcium to potassium so let me know what you think. thank you!

i searched around and i see RDIs of 4200-4700 whereas MFP is at 3500. i think i should up mine? not too sure aha D8

Your diary looks amazing. About the only thing I could suggest would be to consider swapping Splenda for honey.

Your diary looks fantastic! My only concern is the sugar content in the Cadbury Cocoa, please double check and try to get natural cocoa.

thanks i've been meaning to buy some agave but haven't found any. i guess i'll have to settle for honey :)

thanks it's made by Cadbury but it's pure 100% cocoa (as per ingredients list). there's 0.3g sugar per 100g and there's nothing added to it so i'm assuming that's fine? but let me know :)
(I'm pretty sure it's natural cocoa)
