Hi All-
So I've been tracking under calorie goals monday and and tuesday and was under on monday by 300 only coz i had a huge exercise session and under on tues by 162 then yesterday over by 202 soooo does that mean I am still technically under overall? as long as on average you are under or just at calorie requirements?
weighing myself tomorrow morning so we will see I guess

I think it will even itself out and you be ok. Good luck with the weigh in.x0

I think it's right you know, only because there is a diet at the moment that is doing really well where you fast for one day, then the next you eat normally (within reason). it's promoted as a detox diet. i'm not doing it personally but i know someone that is and they are losing. so i would guess that the overall weekly calorie intake does have something to do with it, not just daily intake. hope that helps. xx0

I only weigh once a week cos you're daily totals will prob be up & down anyway!0
