Good Morning Everyone!!
I have been here for ONE month today and just LOVE this site
I just want to say thank you for all the support ...You are truly an inspiration...your encouragement has been amazing!
Here are somethings that I have learned this month
*You are the Boss of you
*You can have friends that you have never met before
*This is HARD friggin work
*My weight will not come off overnight
*If you have a bad day...tomorrow is a new one
* Water Water Water
*If you really want something..have it
ENJOY it but not all the time
*Cheese gives me heartburn before I work out
*You can't help someone who doesn't help
themselves
*This is not a diet
*Exercise has actually been o.k.
* Baby Steps
* Be creative with exercise
Dancing at home-what a great idea!
* This weight journey will be forever
*The number on the scale shouldn't dictate what kind of person you are
*I'm a scale junkie
* I like the treadmill
*Stretch after a workout-you won't be sore in the morning
*Words like Great Job make people feel good
*I'm doing this for me and of course my skinny jeans
*If you say you Lost the weight-that means you will find it again
but if you say you got rid of the weight- you can't find something
that you never lost
*Make new friends often

You have done an amazing job and will continue to do so
I had a really crappy night last night (but at least I didn't eat junk!!) and reading your post this morning definitely helped me to remember that this is for me, and only me, and to find the support from those who will offer it, not those who want to be negative about it. I love how people we have never met can be the best source of encouragement.

so very true..... i haev found i have more support from my MFP friends than my own friends and family.
