I was just wondering, I have gone over my fat intake by -9, when I go to the gym tonight will I just earn back calories when I exercise or will I win back any of that -9 of fat too?

Yep! As it's calculated as a percentage of calorie intake, your allowance will adjust when you exercise. It's pretty clever...0
