    i just tryed it . it's good . im only on the first week. there is 4 different workouts for 4 weeks.

    Yes. I like it as an early morning boost in addition to other strength training.

    Yes, i just started on week 2 this morning! I like it. Not lost any weight but it's a good workout to start the day.

    I'm on level 2 day 7 and i've noticed a big difference in my abs and arms...I do other cardio and stregnth training as well....

    I just got my copy and did it two nights ago. I love it!!! I rotate videos because I get bored so very easy....so I won't be using it as a "program"...but will definitely do it once or twice a week.
