30DS - starting 7/16

Well, I managed to complete 23 days of the 30 day shred between 6/2-7/8 and now I want to start from Day 1/Level 1 - only this time I intend to go for 30 days straight and do more of the advanced level exercises. I'm thinking the only exercise I will have to do in beginner mode are the push-ups because I have absolutely no arm strength, but I will find some kind of arm exercise to help with that.
Anyone else care to join me? If so I will try to find a way to create a log sheet that we can use to check in.

If you would like to join, but don't think you can do it for 30 days straight that is fine - you have to find what works best for you. As long as you check in on the days you do it, you will be golden :happy:0

I'm in... I need to start getting serious or things are never going to change for me.0

Well, I've fallen off the 30 day wagon before but am willing to jump back on. Did Day 1 Level 1 today and got up early this morning to do it since evenings with the kids aren't easy. I always feel like I have to start all over again if I go more than 3 days since the last time. What do you all think?0

IN!!!!!! And so excited to have others with me!! I just started this morning. Level 1, Day 1. I'm going to aim for daily, even if I have to do it in morning before kids get up. I imaging life will get in the way some days..but as long as I get back to it, I'm not going to beat myself up. I think I'll get more of a calorie burn and better results in the evening; I was a little sluggish this morning (before coffee and food). Let's do this!!!0

Ack! A whole bunch of 30DS posts are starting up and I couldn't find this one. Anyway, here are my current stats:
weight: 172
height: 5'7"
waist 34.5"
hips 42"
thighs 24"
calves 12"
I'm not entirely sure how accurate those measurements are but I tried my best!

I completed levels 1 & 2 with 3 lb weights, but instead of moving on to level 3 I began using the 30 minute circuit at my gym while mixing in 30DS level 1 with 5 lb weights on occasion. However, I just decided yesterday I wanted to start doing 30DS more often, so count me in! Today was my L1D2. I will have to post my beginning stats later b/c I need to update my measurements. I'm excited and I know we'll all do great! =-)0

I would say no unless you loose a week or so, it's like reading a book, you don't start over, you put a bookmark in it and go on, or if you need go back a page or two to refresh, so you could knock off a day if you like
This advice is coming from asking a similar question myself earlier and being encouraged, hoping I can spread the encouragement on!0 -
I'm in . I am going to do it everyday starting tonight . But the end of the month i will have friends staying with us for like 5 days so i'm going to have to try to find time and away from them to do it. But hoping i can see a change in these next 30 days. I have 20 lbs to do and i need to lose it faster.0

Thanks - I will probably close this thread tonight and create a new topic for anyone that has joined up until the point I close this one. If you want to post your starting stats here, that is fine, I will copy them in to the new thread.
For those interested, here is the link for the Tracking Form to help keep up with what Level/Day you are on - just copy & past the link in your search bar then save it to your favorites
