HI all. I'm down from 195 to my goal 155. Now I want to keep going and want to get to 145. I adjusted my weight loss goal to 1lb a week and as a resulted my daily calorie intake has gone up plus I eat at least half my exercise calories.

I am recommitting myself and I really want to focus on cleaner eating and less processed food.

Any suggestions on how to hit my calorie goal? Should I double my protein portions?

I still have that fear that too many calories will put the lbs right back on.

    Can't see your diary so I'm not sure where exactly you can add in calories. But you can try:

    Celery or apple and Natural Peanut Butter
    Nuts
    Granola Bars
    Avacado
    Coconut Oil
    Bananas
