Major Motivation and Tips

SMH.......Hello and good morning everyone. I an so mad @ myself. For the past 6 to 8 months I have gained about 15lbs. I really don't understand how. I am more determined now that ever o loose this dam weight. However it is easy said than done. Need motivation and tips to loose @ least 3 lbs a week. who can help me????
