This site is AWESOME!!! After fad dieting and crash dieting for years going back to just keeping it simple and sticking to it is what has finally worked. I'm below 300 pounds for the first time in at least 5 years. In about 10 more pounds I'll be halfway to goal (225). At goal I may try to see where I'm at and if I want to go lower. Thanks to all my MFP friends who have supported me, and to my wifey, coworkers and real life firends who have supported me as well. My fight ain't over, but I'm winning and loving it. Everybody say it with me...
